If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

4. Product Use and Compliance

All products sold by Physique Pharma are:

  • For laboratory and research purposes only;

  • Not for human or veterinary consumption;

  • Not therapeutic goods as defined under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth);

  • Supplied on the condition that the end user is aware of and complies with all relevant laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Physique Pharma reserves the right to refuse sale to individuals or entities suspected of intending to use products unlawfully.

5. Product Information

We reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.

  • Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST, where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout via our secure payment gateway.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and dispatched via Shipping Station using Australia Post.

  • Estimated delivery times and tracking details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, Physique Pharma is not responsible for courier delays or lost parcels.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details provided are accurate.

8. Returns and Refunds

Physique Pharma does not accept returns for change of mind due to the research-only nature of our products.

Refunds or replacements may be provided only in the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival;

  • The incorrect product was supplied; or

  • As required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
We may request return of the defective product before issuing a refund or replacement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Physique Pharma, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from the use, misuse, or handling of our products.

  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price of the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability under the Australian Consumer Law for goods that are defective or not as described.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Physique Pharma website — including text, graphics, logos, product names, and images — is the intellectual property of Physique Pharma and protected under Australian copyright and trademark law.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
