• Physique Pharma accepts no liability for misuse, mishandling, unlawful application, improper storage, reconstitution, or the use of third-party reconstitution materials, diluents, solvents, bacteriostatic water, or ancillary materials after delivery.

Physique Pharma is not responsible for changes in product integrity, sterility, consistency, or experimental outcomes resulting from reconstitution, third-party materials, storage conditions, environmental exposure, contamination, or handling after delivery.

6. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment must be completed in full at checkout using our approved payment methods.

Orders are not considered accepted or confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been approved by Physique Pharma.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including in circumstances involving:

• Suspected misuse;

• Suspected unlawful activity;

• Stock unavailability;

• Pricing or listing errors; or

• Payment irregularities.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched using Australia Post via Shipping Station.

Estimated delivery timeframes and tracking information are outlined within our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by courier delays or circumstances outside of Physique Pharma’s control.

Once an order has been dispatched, risk in the products passes to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the specialised research-only nature of our products, Physique Pharma does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or products no longer required.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered where:

• A product arrives damaged or defective;

• The incorrect product was supplied; or

• A remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers must notify Physique Pharma within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence, including photographs where applicable.

Physique Pharma may request return of the affected product before issuing a replacement or refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Physique Pharma, including its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising from:

• Improper reconstitution practices;

• The use of third-party reconstitution materials, diluents, solvents, bacteriostatic water, or ancillary products;

• Environmental exposure, contamination, degradation, instability, or loss of product consistency after delivery; or

• Delays or failures caused by third-party shipping providers.

To the extent permitted by law, Physique Pharma’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, limits, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
