• Physique Pharma is not responsible for changes in product integrity, sterility, consistency, or experimental outcomes resulting from reconstitution, third-party reconstitution materials, diluents, solvents, bacteriostatic water, ancillary materials, storage conditions, environmental exposure, contamination, or handling after delivery; and

Thank you for choosing Physique Pharma. We are committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable shipping throughout Australia using Australia Post integrated via Shipping Station.

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are generally packed and dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, or on weekends or public holidays, will typically be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Australia Post tracking information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Physique Pharma is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped via Australia Post using the following services:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, public holidays, weather events, courier demand, or circumstances outside of Physique Pharma’s control.

Deliveries to rural or remote areas may require additional transit time.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via Shipping Station.

Tracking information may take approximately 12–24 hours to become active within the Australia Post system.

Customers may track their order using the Australia Post website:

4. Delivery Terms

All parcels are shipped with tracking for security purposes.

Signature on delivery may be required for selected orders or high-value shipments.

If no one is available to accept delivery, Australia Post may:

• Leave the parcel in a safe location where authorised;

• Redirect the parcel to a nearby Australia Post collection point; or

• Leave a collection notification card.

Where Safe Drop or Authority to Leave has been authorised by the customer through Australia Post, Physique Pharma accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address to the extent permitted by law.

5. Shipping Locations

Physique Pharma currently ships Australia-wide only.

International shipping is not currently available.

Certain orders may not be eligible for delivery to Parcel Lockers or P.O. Boxes where signature or restricted delivery requirements apply.

6. Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or missing, please:

1. Review the tracking information provided;

2. Allow up to 10 business days for Standard Shipping deliveries before reporting a missing parcel; and

3. Contact us with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.

Physique Pharma will assist in lodging an investigation with Australia Post where appropriate.

Refunds or replacements relating to lost parcels will only be considered once Australia Post confirms the parcel has been lost in transit.

7. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to Physique Pharma due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

• Refusal of delivery; or

• Failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding timeframe,

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the parcel can be re-dispatched.

Where applicable, refunds for returned or unclaimed parcels may be issued less the original shipping costs incurred.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once a tracking number has been generated and the parcel has entered the shipping process, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or recalled.

9. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on parcel weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination.

Any free shipping or promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the Physique Pharma website at the time of purchase.

By placing an order with Physique Pharma, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have provided a valid and deliverable shipping address;

• You assume responsibility for monitoring tracking updates and collection requirements where applicable;

• Physique Pharma is not responsible for courier delays or disruptions outside of its control; and
