They are not approved for human or animal consumption, medical use, or diagnostic procedures.

By purchasing from Physique Pharma, you confirm that:

  • You are a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a recognised research institution.

  • You understand and agree that Physique Pharma is not liable for the misuse of its products.

  • You have reviewed and accepted this Shipping Policy, along with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Disclaimer before completing your purchase.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Physique Pharma. We’re committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable delivery using Shipping Station integrated with Australia Post to ensure efficient handling and tracking of all orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are typically packed and dispatched the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive a Shipping Station notification containing your Australia Post tracking number.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Physique Pharma is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via Australia Post using the following delivery services:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier load, or public holidays.

Note: Deliveries to rural or remote regions may take additional time.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification from Shipping Station with your Australia Post tracking link.
You can track your parcel at any time via the Australia Post website:

Tracking updates are generally visible within 12–24 hours of dispatch.

4. Delivery Terms

  • All parcels are shipped with tracking for security.

  • Signature on delivery may be required for high-value or restricted items.

  • If you’re not available at the time of delivery, your parcel may be redirected to your nearest Australia Post outlet for collection.

  • Australia Post may use Safe Drop if you have authorised it through their system.

Physique Pharma is not liable for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by Australia Post.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders cannot be delivered to Parcel Lockers or P.O. Boxes for restricted or signature-required products.

6. Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking status on the Australia Post website.

  2. Allow up to 10 business days for standard post before contacting us.

  3. Email us at [insert email] with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the packaging/product.

We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post via Shipping Station and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If your parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information,

  • Refusal of delivery, or

  • Failure to collect from your local Post Office within the holding period,

you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Refunds for unclaimed orders (if applicable) will be processed minus the original shipping fee.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once a tracking number has been generated through Shipping Station, your order is considered shipped and cannot be cancelled or modified.

9. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Costs are determined by weight, size, and delivery location according to Australia Post rates integrated through Shipping Station.

Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed on our website.

10. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have provided a correct and deliverable address.

  • You understand that Physique Pharma is not responsible for parcels once they are in the possession of Australia Post.

  • Any disputes regarding final delivery should first be raised with Australia Post using your tracking details.
